Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in home health care scheduling and/or medical records experience
  •  Associate’s degree preferred
  •  Strong customer service skills
  •  Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations and ACHC standards
  •  Experience using technology including:  Microsoft Office, smart phone, calendaring, financial software platforms (EMR), Wi-Fi, printers, internet browsing
  •  Ability to follow written instructions and type a minimum of 20 words a minute.
