Join the Conversation and Be Entered to Win…
We are happy to announce Carole Norton as our first winner in Lifesprk’s Holiday Magic campaign. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far–that was really the point–to start a conversation about how you envision your second half of life. Being proactive and taking the steps now to plan for your future is an ageless opportunity. You plan for your vacations, birthdays, weddings and holidays – why not plan what the second half of your life will be like?
We asked everyone one question: “If you had a magic wand, how would you spark your second half of life?” People have responded with many different answers, here are a few we’d like to share:
“I’d spark and do good deeds to help the elderly.”
“I will spark the second half of life by continuing to volunteer with the homeless, helping teenagers that don’t have families showing compassion and love to others every day without judgment.”
“I will spark the second half of my life by continuing to use my life experiences as a tool to encourage and inspire those within my reach.”
“I will spark the second half of my life by being generous and kind and being a light for those who live in darkness and helping out those in need and looking for opportunities to reach out and show God’s love.”
Now it’s your turn – we encourage you to take a moment and think about what you want for your second half of life. Or maybe it’s your aging parents, what do you want for them and what do they want for themselves? Asking this simple question can often be the key to igniting a spark they thought was long extinguished.
There’s still time to join our conversation and win! Each week one name will be drawn for a chance to win a $25 Visa gift card simply by answering the question, “How would you spark your second half of life?” either on our blog or on our Facebook page.
The campaign ends January 2, 2015–so start sharing, believing and envisioning how you will live your second half of life. Read more answers on Lifesprk’s Facebook page.
