Why do some people struggle to change despite years of trying, while others are able to quickly remove bad habits and reinvent themselves? How have some companies changed their corporate culture – and achieved success – by altering your habits?

Charles Duhigg is the author of The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business, and an award-winning investigative reporter for the New York Times. During his presentation, he’ll discuss how a simple habit loop – a cue, a routine, and reward – can be the key to transforming behavior.
