Changing Aging: Lifespark Named Fast 50

Lifespark has been named a Fast 50 company by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal for the second year in a row, and a third time winner over the past five years. Fast 50 companies are the fastest growing private companies in the state of Minnesota.

To grow in this tough economic climate is a tremendous achievement and a testament to what we believe: people want a different experience. And we are delivering it. How? By sparking lives.

Our belief that people in the second half of life deserve better is what motivates our team to seek new opportunities to discover the spark in each of our clients. It’s the key to eliminating the roller coaster of health care crises and avoiding re-hospitalizations. We know this because we’ve witnessed it. Our client’s stories demonstrate how changing the conversation from medical to a whole-person view-point makes the difference. Once we begin asking the questions, what are your goals and priorities and then creating their personalized plan, they begin to see what is possible and they are re-energized.

We are growing because our connections are growing. We are passing the spark from our employees who are passionate about what they do, to our professional colleagues who are seeing first-hand how our approach is improving their client’s lives, to clients and their families who feel the spark that’s been ignited.

The Fast 50 is recognition that there is a need for what we do. Our team doesn’t consist of Lifespark alone. To every person that is connected with Lifespark from clients, professionals, community members and vendors – thank you. You continue to believe what we believe – that a different experience is possible in the second half of life – and you have the courage to help us change it. Inspire on!

Join the conversation, what are you doing to help your organization grow and create change? How are you sparking lives?
