Lifesprk Technology Operations Specialists are primarily the first line of support for all technology and facility related tickets and issues.  Will also setup, maintain and upgrade hardware, orient new employees to Lifesprk’s technology, document tech ops procedures, perform security audits, run weekly reports and manage tech ops projects between support calls.

Candidate must have experience with technology support, security reviews, and a large desire to continuously learn new technology and software.  Must also be detail oriented with a large focus on customer service and satisfaction.  Job requires lifting, pushing and pulling objects on occasion greater than 10 lbs.  Capable of driving between sites required.
